You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers. Every project is different, but we’ve got a refined process with predictable timelines, competitive prices, and a creative team that can bring your ideas and brand to life.

01 Meet your brand consultant

Based on your industry and your needs, you will be assigned one of our expert Branding Consultants to be your guide and main point of contact throughout your project

02 Discovery meeting

Your Branding Consultant will use this discovery session to learn more about you, your business, what you’re looking for, and anything else they need to kickstart our creative collaboration.

03 Team creates initial deck

Based on your discovery meeting, your Branding Consultant will get our creative team up to speed on the project. They will then get started on creating a deck of product and design options for your review.

04 Choose designs and quantities

Check out your options, provide your feedback, and then - this is the fun part - choose your final designs and quantities.

05 Final quote and approval

Your branding consultant will provide a final quote for your project, we’ll get your final design approval, and then your apparel/merch/swag heads to production.

06 Samples and production

Based on your timeline, sometimes we’ll do a round of samples to make sure everything is looking just right, and sometimes we move immediately into full production. Either way, sweet custom merch will be heading your way soon.

Minimums

Typical apparel projects have a minimum of 100 units per design. This includes custom puffy jackets, VersaTek products, screen printed t-shirts printed in Denver, and more. Minimums will vary for new or less commonly produced products.

FAQs

Can you make products out of sustainable materials?

Yes, and our company and team are very passionate about working on these projects to help have less of an environmental impact! We have access to several types of sustainable materials depending on the product. One of our favorite sustainable solutions is to use REPREVE certified post-consumer recycled polyester in garments, which we can blend with other materials when producing materials at the fabric mill. We can use REPREVE recycled polyester in:

  • Any VersaTek item
  • Leggings, capris, or athletic stretch shorts
  • Polyester t-shirts
  • Bike shirts
  • Hoodies

Some of our other sustainable options include:

  • Organic cotton
  • Hemp blends
  • Lyocell fibers
  • Water-based screen printing

What is the difference between custom and domestic product?

In the world of physical merchandise, we distinguish our jobs by categorizing them into “full custom” or “domestic” jobs. “Full custom” typically involves our manufacturers overseas, where we produce fully manufactured goods for your company with access to custom materials and sizing. “Domestic” entails screen-printing or embroidering your artwork onto blank products and is typically done stateside. Full custom jobs will typically take 6-9 weeks including sampling. Domestic jobs typically take 2-3 weeks.
